Lynn Zenczak, founder and principal broker of GreenRoots Realty, LLC, brings over 20 years of experience in both the ecological and real estate sectors. Known for her strategic insight and collaborative spirit, Lynn’s professional experience includes working in the sales and development of some of Florida’s largest mitigation  banks.

In addition to her experience in environmental markets, Lynn has a strong foundation in residential real estate sales, helping individuals and families find homes that meet both their lifestyle needs and values. Her clients appreciate her practical knowledge of the market, straightforward communication, and ability to balance financial, personal, and environmental considerations.
